- Read Bay Leaf's Declaration of Faith (see attached) and sign the acknowledgment (found on the interest form linked below) stating you understand that Little Lambs at Bay Leaf is a ministry of Bay Leaf Baptist Church and shares biblical doctrines and values expressed in the Declaration of Faith document.
- Let us know you're interested—Click here to let us know you're interested in applying. We'll ask for the following information (first name, middle initial, and last name; telephone number; email address; and days of week available for work). Additionally, we'll ask you to email a copy of your resume to littlelambsjobs@bayleaf.org. After reviewing this information, we will contact you if we decide to move forward in the process.
- Complete application–The application must be completed in its entirety to be considered.
- Attend an interview.
- Complete background and reference checks. In addition, you will be asked to read and affirm the Little Lambs Teacher and Staff Manual along with the Little Lambs Family Manual.
- Accept the offer–If we feel you are the right fit, we will contact you via email and let you know our decision. We must receive your confirmation of acceptance to the offer by simply responding to the employment offer email.
- Complete payroll paperwork–All of the following documents will need completed and submitted: information page, W-4, NC-4, I-9, direct deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and a copy of your social security card.
- Attend CPR and First Aid Training provided by Little Lambs.
