Christmas at Bay Leaf-Find Event Times
Local Missions

Join us in taking the gospel to our community as we minister in word and deed.

Downtown Evangelism

Join us every other Wednesday from 11:30am to 2:30pm as we go to downtown Raleigh to share the love of Christ. In the past, we have passed out blankets, cheeseburgers, and essential kits in order to engage individuals with the gospel. We have witnessed several give their life to Christ and have had the opportunity to pray with hundreds of people. Over the past few years, we have passed out over 400 copies of the New Testament and have engaged many people from many different religious backgrounds. We would love for you to join us as we take the gospel of Christ into the heart of our city!

Raleigh Police Department

Each month, members and staff from Bay Leaf travel to a Raleigh Police Department precinct to be a blessing to our friends in uniform. During this time, we provide these officers with a meal and a time of fellowship to show our appreciation for their service. We also build ongoing relationships, pray, and provide spiritual support. Please pray for their daily protection, wisdom and guidance in every situation, salvation in Christ, and spiritual growth and discipleship.

Adopt-A-School

Bay Leaf partners with local schools in an effort to impact our community. Churches and schools bring people together in order to accomplish a mission. Where these missions overlap, we partner in order to work toward community transformation.

Bay Leaf currently partners with Brassfield Elementary School and West Millbrook Middle School. Bay Leaf volunteers, mentor students, assists teachers in their classrooms, encourages faculty with monthly care packages, and partners on facility enhancement projects.

Bay Leaf Builders

The Bay Leaf Builders exist to show Christ's love to those in need by using carpentry skills to bless others in their time of need. The builders partner weekly with Resources for Seniors to build handicap ramps for senior adults and others needing assistance to stay in their homes. The builders also assist church members and other organizations like the Baptist Children's Home and New Life Camp with construction and repair needs.

Bay Leaf Helping Hands

The goal of Helping Hands for Missions is to share our love of the Lord, and His people by making items with our own hands - sewing, knitting, crocheting, decorating, and other hand work - and using our hearts to serve the Lord in helping others in our community, our nation and around the world. We will work diligently in a manner that brings glory to His name; praying fervently for the ones who will receive our gifts made with love in the fellowship of believers.
